Shaking-press casting molding machine without turning the mold halves, followed by additional pressing. It is intended for the manufacture of sandy-clay semi-molds with a flask size of 500x400 mm in foundries of serial production.

The main units: a shaking-press mechanism, a traverse, a rack, pneumatic equipment, a lubrication system, a control panel.
The shaking-press mechanism located inside the bed carries out the following operations: shaking, shaking with simultaneous pressing, shaking with subsequent pressing, drawing the model.
Compaction of the molding sand in the flask occurs in the shaking mode by the impact of the shaking table with the striker. In the shaking mode with simultaneous pressing together with shaking, an upward movement of the press piston occurs.
After pressing the flask against the press plate of the traverse, compaction also occurs due to the impacts of the striker on the shaking table. This compaction mode is most effective.
After the end of the shaking process with simultaneous pressing, the pressing piston is lowered. In the lower position of the press piston, a command is sent to retract the press crosshead to the initial position and to raise the drawing mechanism. A pulling mechanism separates the compacted mold half from the model by lifting the pull pins. The half-form is removed, the pins are lowered to their original position.
