Designed for regeneration of spent molding and core cold-hardening (self-hardening) mixture for further use in the foundry. The machine can be used in foundries of individual, small-scale and serial production. The company "Litmashpribor" has the ability to manufacture for your enterprise an installation for knocking out casting molds molded according to Alfa-set and Furan technologies, followed by crushing of lump and mechanical regeneration of molding sand. Scrubbing installation mod. URM 3.1 is designed for dry abrasion (mechanical regeneration) of sand molds and rods bound with resin, crushing of sand lumps remaining after removal of the casting to the required size of sand grains with removal of the resin film from them.
