Model 09730
The funnel model 09730 is used to fill the moldable mixture of the product into the sleeve model 09722 or 09721 when determining the compaction and bulk density, as well as when determining the gas permeability and strength of molding and core sands. This product is used in molding material laboratories of foundries, in central factory laboratories and laboratories of research organizations.
Installation principle
The main components of the funnel: the base, to which the table is attached with the help of stands, there is a hole on the table, into which the funnel is inserted, a sieve with a mesh No. 8 or No. 2.5 is placed on it. When using a sleeve model 09721 with a height of 120 mm, a stand with a height of 20 mm is installed on the base, and when using a sleeve model 09722 with a height of 100 mm, a stand with a height of 40 mm is installed. The funnel, in terms of resistance to climatic influences, corresponds to the UHL version, T placement categories 4.2 and 4.1 according to GOST 15150-69, respectively.
