Application area
The machine is designed for forming the upper and lower mold halves on a one-sided model plate by shaking with pre-pressing. It is widely used in many foundries in the conditions of small-scale, serial and mass production of castings.
Product design
The main part of the machine is the frame, which is also the cylinder for the press piston. The press piston in turn serves as the cylinder for the shaking piston. The extraction mechanism is installed on the base of the bed and consists of two cylinders, into which pistons are inserted, connected by a rigid connection. The pins can be fitted to various flask sizes.
During extraction, the table-mounted vibrator turns on and off automatically. The traverse is rotated to the working position and back by a pneumatic cylinder. An oil barrel is mounted on the column, designed for smooth lifting of the pull pins. Machine control - push-button from the control panel. The machine is characterized by simplicity and reliability of construction, ease of operation and maintenance.
